after left clicking on the the newsletter in PDF format.. it may take a few minutes for the page to come up. Dial up is slower.
when the page comes into view, move your mouse over the page and right click...
a screen with choices of how move the document or highlight stuff to copy..
Try clicking on Hand tool (an image of a hand) you can use this with your mouse to simulate moving the page in a direction you move the hand.
if you click on the Select tool. (an arrow) you can use the mouse to highlight words to copy and paste elsewhere.
the nice thing about pdf ( Portable Document Format( is every browser shows the same page and it looks the same. Government had a real problem with what you think you sent didn't look anything in the early days what they got. Individual situation may call for larger type size..it does that very well.. have fun and try these helpful features to make reading PDF files more enjoy able. I lilke to zoom in on pictures... believe me we're learning how to do stuff all the time to make it easier to use.
